JANSEN® RD-800pro Tracked Dump Truck – 1,000 kg Payload & Hydraulic High-Tipping System

The JANSEN® RD-800pro expands the RD-800’s range of applications with a hydraulic high-tipping system. In addition to the hydraulically forward-tilting bed, the entire load bed can be raised hydraulically. This allows transported material to be unloaded directly into suitable receiving containers, trailers, or other higher-level areas from a greater height.

On level ground, the maximum payload is up to 1,000 kg. Power is provided by a powerful LonCin single-cylinder, 4-stroke, OHV gasoline engine with 15 PS and a displacement of 389 cm³. The gear transmission offers a total of 6 forward and 2 reverse gears.

Another advantage is the versatile transport bed: The side panels can be folded down or completely removed. This allows the RD-800pro to also be used as a transport platform and makes it suitable not only for bulk materials but also for transporting pallets and bulky cargo.

Hydraulic high-tilt system

The key feature of the JANSEN® RD-800pro is the hydraulic high-tilt system. The cargo bed can be raised hydraulically and then tilted forward.

This allows the transported material to be unloaded at a greater height. When retracted, the front edge of the loading bed is at a height of approx. 1070 mm and can be raised to approx. 1810 mm when extended.

The specified tipping height with the flap closed is approximately 1080 mm. With the flap open, the height reaches approximately 1200 mm.

The high-tipping system thus expands the range of applications compared to a conventional crawler dumper and enables, for example, unloading into suitable containers, trailers, or other elevated destinations.

Up to 1000 kg payload

On level ground, the JANSEN® RD-800pro can be loaded with up to 1000 kg. As the gradient increases, the maximum payload decreases accordingly.

The load should always be adjusted to the respective terrain and gradient conditions.

Hydraulic Tipping Bed

In addition to hydraulic height adjustment, the RD-800pro features a hydraulically forward-tipping bed. This allows for the convenient unloading of suitable bulk materials.

The combination of hydraulic height adjustment and the tipping function makes it possible to first raise the material to the desired unloading height and then tip it out hydraulically.

This expands the range of applications, particularly for tasks where sand, soil, gravel, stones, or other suitable bulk materials are not only transported but also subsequently unloaded at an elevated position.

Foldable & Removable Side Walls

The JANSEN® RD-800pro’s transport bed is equipped with foldable side walls. These can also be completely removed if necessary.

This allows the machine to be used not only as a classic tracked dumper with a closed body, but also as a transport platform. This expands its range of applications, particularly when transporting larger or bulky items.

The exterior dimensions of the enclosed bed are approximately 1390 x 880 x 300 mm. When the side panels are removed, a flat bed measuring approximately 1320 x 820 mm is available.

Space for Pallets & Freight

The enclosed bed has interior dimensions of approximately 1315 x 815 x 300 mm, providing space for pallets and freight within the specified dimensions.

In combination with the foldable and fully removable side panels, the RD-800pro can thus be used for both bulk materials and various unit loads and cargo.

6 forward and 2 reverse gears

The RD-800pro’s gear transmission features a total of 6 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. This allows the driving style to be adapted to different work and terrain conditions.

Steering is controlled via steering brakes. By applying the brakes to the respective side of the track, the machine can be maneuvered accordingly. In addition, the crawler dumper features an automatic safety brake.

LonCin 1-cylinder 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine

Power is provided by a LonCin 1-cylinder 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 15 PS and a displacement of 389 cm³.

The fuel used is unleaded gasoline. The fuel tank holds approximately 4.5 liters. The engine is started using a recoil starter.

Caterpillar track system for various terrains

The robust rubber-track system with a track tensioner enhances traction on various terrains and allows the RD-800pro to be used even in rough terrain.

The ground clearance is approximately 145 mm. When fully assembled, the machine has dimensions of approximately 2300 x 900 x 1250 mm.

Foldable footboard

The JANSEN® RD-800pro features a folding step. This enhances operator comfort, especially during longer trips.

When the step is not needed, it can be folded away.

Delivery & Commissioning

The JANSEN® RD-800pro is delivered well-protected in a sturdy steel frame. You should allow approximately 15 minutes for commissioning.

IMPORTANT: The hydraulic oil level must be checked before initial startup and topped off if necessary. The hydraulic system requires approximately 3 to 3.5 liters of hydraulic oil.

Similarly, the engine oil level must be checked before initial operation and topped off if necessary. The required amount of engine oil is approximately 1 liter.
