Which pruning saw is right for your application?
Different models are available depending on the application. While complete attachments can be used immediately on suitable carrier vehicles, individual saw heads are particularly well-suited for existing booms or custom-built structures.
The AS-600 is a complete attachment for front loaders, wheel loaders, or telescopic loaders. With a working width of approximately 1,750 mm and three carbide-tipped circular saw blades, branches and shrubs up to about 200 mm in diameter can be processed quickly. The large working width enables high area productivity, particularly when working on longer hedges, field thickets, or roadside vegetation.
Jansen AS-600K – Saw head for custom carriers
The AS-600K features the same powerful sawing technology as the complete unit but is supplied without a base frame. This makes the saw head suitable for existing booms, excavator arms, or custom solutions when a compatible carrier structure is already available.
The more compact AS-400K was developed for lighter maintenance work. With its narrower working width, it is particularly suitable for narrower areas, young tree stands, or applications where maneuverability is more important than maximum area coverage.
For regular hedge trimming and the maintenance of finer shrubs, the THS-180 with a mowing bar offers an interesting alternative.
While circular saw blades safely cut through thicker branches, the cutting bar enables clean trimming of hedges and thinner vegetation.
