JANSEN® RD-700S Crawler Dumper, Gasoline, Hydrostatic, Self-Loading, Tracks
JANSEN® RD-700S Tracked Dump Truck – 800 kg Payload & Hydraulic Self-Loading Bucket
The JANSEN® RD-700S combines a hydrostatic drive system with a hydraulic self-loading bucket and a hydraulically tilting transport bed. This allows the machine to pick up, transport, and then hydraulically unload suitable materials.
On level ground, the maximum payload is 800 kg. Power is provided by a Loncin G420FD 4-stroke gasoline engine with 15 PS. The hydrostatic drive system allows for stepless adjustment of travel speed and facilitates controlled operation during maneuvering, loading, and unloading.
A special feature is the compact overall width of only approx. 74 cm. This allows the RD-700S, despite its high transport capacity and hydraulic self-loading bucket, to be used even through comparatively narrow access roads and in confined work areas.

- Maximum payload of 800 kg on level ground
- Hydraulic self-loading bucket
- Pick up, transport, and unload material with a single machine
- Hydrostatic drive with continuously variable speed control
- 15 PS Loncin G420FD 4-stroke gasoline engine
- Electric starter and additional recoil starter
- All-terrain crawler track
- Total width of only approx. 74 cm
- Hydraulically tilting transport bucket
- Bucket tilt angle of more than 90°
- Reinforced bucket with 3 mm wall thickness
- Sturdy operator platform
- Ground clearance of approx. 100 mm at the front and rear
Hydraulic self-loading bucket
The JANSEN® RD-700S features a hydraulically operated self-loading bucket. It can be used to pick up suitable loose materials and then load them directly into the transport bucket.
This allows for a wide range of loading and transport tasks to be carried out without the material having to be loaded entirely by hand or with a separate machine beforehand.
The self-loading bucket is suitable, for example, for picking up:
- Soil
- Sand
- Gravel
- Small stones
- Suitable bulk materials
- Other suitable loose materials
Pick up material, transport it in the body, and unload it hydraulically at the destination—the RD-700S combines these steps into a single machine.
Hydrostatic drive – continuously adjustable
The JANSEN® RD-700S features a hydrostatic drive system. This allows the travel speed to be adjusted precisely and continuously to suit the specific work situation.
Unlike a conventional manual transmission, there is no need for repeated gear changes. This facilitates controlled operation of the machine, particularly when maneuvering and when loading and unloading material.
- Continuously variable speed control
- Precise control
- Good control even at low speeds
- Can start under load
- Suitable for frequent changes in direction and speed
Up to 800 kg payload
On level ground, the JANSEN® RD-700S can be loaded with up to 800 kg. As the incline increases, the permissible payload is reduced accordingly.
- Level ground: up to 800 kg
- At a 17% or approx. 10° incline: up to 450 kg
- At a 30% or approx. 17° incline: up to 375 kg
The load should always be adjusted to the respective terrain and incline conditions.
Hydraulic tipping body with a tipping angle of more than 90°
The RD-700S’s transport body is hydraulically tipped. This allows the transported material to be conveniently unloaded from the body at the destination.
The tipping angle is more than 90°. The large tilt angle helps ensure the bed is emptied as completely as possible, especially when transporting suitable bulk materials such as sand, soil, or gravel.
The reinforced bed has a wall thickness of 3 mm. The exterior dimensions of the loading bed are approximately 1,310 x 660 mm.
Total width of only approx. 74 cm
Despite its self-loading bucket and a payload of up to 800 kg, the JANSEN® RD-700S has a total width of only approx. 740 mm.
Its compact width allows it to be used in relatively narrow driveways, through gates, and in confined work areas. This is advantageous, for example, when working on private properties, in gardening and landscaping, or on construction sites with limited space.
All-terrain crawler track
The tracked undercarriage provides a large contact area and enhances traction on various surfaces. This allows the RD-700S to be used even on terrain where wheeled transport machines quickly reach their limits.
Typical surfaces include, for example:
- Soft ground
- Mud
- Sand
- Uneven surfaces
- Construction sites
- Inclines and declines within the permissible operating limits
The ground clearance is approximately 100 mm at both the front and rear.
15 PS Loncin G420FD Gasoline Engine
A Loncin G420FD 4-stroke gasoline engine with 15 PS provides power for the drive train and the hydraulic system.
The engine can be conveniently started using the electric starter. A traditional recoil starter is also available. The fuel tank holds approximately 6.6 liters of regular gasoline.
Sturdy operator platform
The JANSEN® RD-700S is equipped with a sturdy operator platform. It allows the operator to ride on the machine while it is in motion and to control the tracked dumper from the operator’s station.
Typical Applications
Thanks to the combination of a hydraulic self-loading bucket, hydrostatic drive, crawler tracks, and a hydraulic tipping body, the RD-700S is designed for a variety of loading and transport tasks.
- Construction sites
- Gardening and landscaping
- Property maintenance
- Agriculture
- Forestry
- Farm work
- Transportation work in hard-to-reach areas

Delivery & Commissioning
The JANSEN® RD-700S is delivered well-packed in a sturdy wooden crate. You should allow approximately 1 hour for final assembly and commissioning. Due to the machine’s weight, we recommend performing the work with a second person and/or suitable tools.
IMPORTANT: The RD-700S must be filled with hydraulic oil before initial startup. This requires approximately 18 liters of HLP-46 hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil level must be checked before initial operation and topped off as needed.
Similarly, the engine oil level must be checked before initial startup and, if necessary, topped off with 10W40 or 15W40 engine oil. The engine requires approximately 1 liter of engine oil. Regular gasoline or unleaded gasoline is used as fuel.
