The JANSEN® RD-300S is a self-propelled crawler dumper equipped with a hydraulic self-loading bucket and a 6:2 transmission with a total of 6 forward and 2 reverse gears. The self-loading bucket assists in picking up and loading suitable materials, thereby expanding the crawler dumper’s range of applications.

On level ground, the RD-300S can be loaded with up to 500 kg. Power is provided by a Loncin 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 9 PS and a displacement of 270 ccm. The maximum travel speed is approximately 6 km/h forward and approximately 2 km/h in reverse.

In addition to the hydraulic self-loading bucket, the RD-300S features a hydraulically tilting bed. The bed’s tilt angle exceeds 90°. The combination of a tracked undercarriage, self-loading bucket, and hydraulic tipping bed enables the loading, transport, and subsequent unloading of various suitable materials.

Hydraulic self-loading bucket

A key feature of the JANSEN® RD-300S is the hydraulic self-loading bucket. It assists in picking up and loading suitable materials, thereby reducing the manual effort required to fill the dump body.

This makes the crawler dumper suitable, for example, for picking up and transporting sand, soil, gravel, stones, and other suitable materials. The material can be picked up with the bucket, loaded into the dump body, transported to the desired location, and hydraulically dumped there.

6 forward and 2 reverse gears

The JANSEN® RD-300S is equipped with a 6:2 transmission. A total of six forward gears and two reverse gears are available. This allows the travel speed to be adjusted to different work situations and terrain conditions.

Hydraulic tipping bucket with a tipping angle of more than 90°

In addition to the self-loading bucket, the RD-300S features a hydraulically tilting dump body. The lifting and lowering process takes only a few seconds.

The dump body’s tilt angle is more than 90°. This allows the transported material to be dumped far to the side, making it easier to empty the dump body.

The reinforced bucket has a wall thickness of 3 mm. The bucket discharge opening is straight, not tapered. The dimensions of the loading bucket are approximately 1,330 x 620 x 680 mm.

Up to 500 kg payload

On level ground, the JANSEN® RD-300S can be loaded with up to 500 kg. As the grade increases, the maximum payload decreases accordingly.

• Flat terrain: up to 500 kg payload
• 17% or approx. 10° incline: up to 450 kg payload
• 30% or approx. 17° incline: up to 375 kg payload

The load should always be adjusted to the respective terrain and incline conditions.

Track drive for uneven terrain

Thanks to its track drive, the JANSEN® RD-300S is designed for transport and loading tasks on a variety of surfaces. The crawler tracks enhance traction and stability on uneven terrain and when navigating inclines.

Ground clearance is approximately 145 mm at the front and 170 mm at the rear.

9 PS Loncin gasoline engine

Power is provided by a Loncin 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 9 PS and a 270 ccm displacement. Regular gasoline is used as fuel. The engine is started using a recoil starter.

The fuel tank has a capacity of 6.6 liters.

Sturdy Operator Platform

The JANSEN® RD-300S features a sturdy operator platform. It allows the operator to ride on the machine while it is in motion and control the tracked dumper from the operator’s station.

Delivery & Commissioning

The unit is delivered well-packaged on a wooden pallet. You should allow approximately 45 minutes for commissioning.

IMPORTANT: The hydraulic oil level must be checked before initial commissioning and topped off with HLP-46 hydraulic oil if necessary. Likewise, the engine oil level must be checked before initial operation and topped off with 10W40 or 15W40 engine oil if necessary.
