100 cm working width for efficient cleaning

With a working width of approx. 100 cm, the JANSEN® BB-100 enables the cleaning of larger areas. The block broom is mounted on a suitable carrier vehicle and guided across the area to be cleaned.

It is particularly suitable for removing gravel, leaves, straw, silage, road grit, and other coarse debris. The block broom can also be used on damp or wet debris.

This makes the BB-100 a practical addition for operations where yard and traffic areas need to be cleaned regularly.

Cleaning without a hydraulic connection

The JANSEN® BB-100 requires no hydraulic power supply for operation. Unlike hydraulically driven sweepers, the block broom operates without rotating brushes or a separate hydraulic drive.

Cleaning is performed by guiding the broom over the surface using the respective carrier vehicle.

Delivery & Commissioning

The JANSEN® BB-100 is delivered well-packaged and partially assembled in a sturdy wooden crate. Allow approximately 60 minutes for final assembly.

The scope of delivery includes a German operating manual as well as an exploded view, which assist with assembly and subsequent maintenance.

Assembly is generally straightforward. Since the block broom does not require a hydraulic connection, there is no need to connect it to the vehicle’s hydraulic system.

Before first use, check whether the carrier vehicle’s mounting is suitable. When using the forklift tine mount, the tine width must not exceed 90 mm.
