Up to 2,880 Nm of torque

The JANSEN® JSK-500 achieves a maximum torque of 2,880 Nm. The cone is hydraulically driven and works its way into the wood during the rotational movement, thereby splitting the wood.

Power is supplied by the hydraulic system of the carrier vehicle. Operation therefore requires a suitable hydraulic system that meets the technical specifications of the JSK-500.

Hydraulic Drive via the Carrier Vehicle

The JANSEN® JSK-500 does not have its own internal combustion or electric motor. It is driven by the hydraulic system of the respective carrier vehicle.

The required operating pressure ranges from a minimum of 180 to a maximum of 240 bar. The required oil flow rate is a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 75 liters per minute.

MS-03 Mounting Bracket Included

This version of the JANSEN® JSK-500 comes standard with an MS-03 mounting bracket. This bracket expands the cone splitter’s range of applications to include suitable larger excavators and other construction vehicles.

The robust connection ensures a stable mounting of the cone splitter on the corresponding carrier vehicle. This version is therefore specifically designed for applications in which the JSK-500 is to be used with a suitable larger excavator or construction vehicle.

In addition, various other mounting options are available as optional extras for the JSK-500.

Hydraulic Connections

The hydraulic connections for the carrier vehicle are not included in the scope of delivery. The cone splitter’s existing hose connections feature a G 1/2" connection with a union nut.

When selecting the required connections and couplings, the specifications of the respective carrier vehicle must be taken into account.
