The JANSEN® JSK-500 achieves a maximum torque of 2,880 Nm. The splitting cone is hydraulically driven and works its way into the wood during the rotational movement, thereby splitting the wood.

The required drive power is provided by the hydraulic system of the carrier vehicle. Operation therefore requires a suitable hydraulic system that meets the technical specifications of the JSK-500.

In addition to the Euro mount, support stands are included in the scope of delivery for this version of the JANSEN® JSK-500.

The support stands allow the cone splitter to be set down when it is not mounted on the carrier vehicle.

Hydraulic Connections

The hydraulic connections for the carrier vehicle are not included in the scope of delivery. The cone splitter’s existing hose connections feature a G 1/2" connection with a union nut.

When selecting the required connections and couplings, the specifications of the respective carrier vehicle must be taken into account.
