Our Jansen HS-22A62K-V2 offers the flexibility to choose between two drive types. The powerful 6.5 HP KOHLER petrol motor ensures mobility and independence, whilst the 400 Volt electric motor with 2.2 kW (16A) offers an eco-friendly, quiet alternative for stationary use. Regardless which drive you choose; you can count on the reliable power and high efficiency. After final assembly of the splitter, the respective unit (petrol engine/electric motor) can be used directly without additional conversion time.

CONVENIENT TO USE AND TRANSPORT
The towbar and the trailering assembly make the log splitter extremely easy to transport. Simply hook up to your vehicle to move it from one job site to the next. Saving you valuable time and energy. The device is not, however, approved for road traffic, i.e. you are not allowed to tow it behind a passenger car on public roads. The exception to this rule is towing with a country or forestry tractor. In this case you are allowed to tow the log splitter on public roads. Make sure you observe the highway code though (lighting, indicators, registration plate, etc.). Alternatively, of course, you can put the log splitter onto a trailer using a ramp.

NOTE:
The device is delivered well packed and part-assembled in a wooden crate. You should allow approx. 3-4 hours for final assembly. Instructions for use in German are included in the scope of delivery. Assembly is not difficult. Required components for conversion and operation in gasoline or electric mode are included. In the event that you require any assistance, we are happy to help you. You will need approx. 12 litres of hydraulic oil to prepare the device for use. A hydraulic oil of classification HLP46 is ideal and is widely available. You will also need approx. 1 litre of motor oil for the motor. For this purpose, we recommend multi-purpose oil grade 10W40 or 15W40.
