THE JANSEN® BX-42RS TRACTOR CHIPPER/SHREDDER
The JANSEN® BX-42RS is the smallest yet most powerful tractor shredder with hydraulic feed in our BX series. Even in this size class, the JANSEN® BX-42RS is equipped with impressive functions that ensure efficient wood chipping and shredding. This tractor shredder is therefore also the ideal choice for farmers, landscape gardeners and anyone looking for a reliable and powerful solution for shredding wood material.

  • Hydraulic feed:
    • The hydraulic feed makes the job easy and effective. The two large feed rollers automatically feed and crush without additional work.

  • Variable feed speed:
    • The variable feed roller speed allows you to adjust the machine for different material diameters. From small to large diameters – it does it all. The maximum diameter for shredding material is 10 cm.

  • Safe operation and powerful drive:
    • The included PTO and built-in safety shear pin make the JANSEN® BX-42RS compatible with tractors up to 80 HP. The solid construction ensures safe and reliable performance. This machine requires a minimum tractor engine of 25-30 HP and a PTO speed of 540 RPM.

  • Solid construction and low maintenance:
    • The material thicknesses of this chipper ensure durability. The machine is designed to be low maintenance, and the flywheel cover can be opened with just a single screw to access the four knives. These knives are double-sided and if needed can be turned.

  • Practical design for flexibility:
    • The easy-fold chute and a swivel discharge chute offer easy transport options and adapting to various working conditions. An optional 50 cm discharge chute extension is sold separately.

NOTE:
The machine is delivered with sturdy packaging in a steel frame. You should allow approx. 1 hour for final assembly. Delivery includes a German instruction manual as well as an exploded view drawing. It is typically easy to assemble, however we recommend two people for assembly. Should you require any help, please feel free to call us.
