Our Jansen RD-1000 track dumper is a machine which has been manufactured to industrial quality. This 3-way dumper is optimally suited for professional use and can carry loads of up to 1000 kg.
Thanks to its especially robust construction, the RD-1000 is optimally suited for the most heavy-duty and complicated jobs. Where other track dumpers fail, the RD-1000 is only getting started! Its unique design, with a stable driver platform makes it possible for the operator to ride on-board comfortably. The platform can also be folded upward when it is not being used. Thanks to the intuitive steering, handling is especially easy and comfortable. The Jansen RD-1000 track dumper has a 13 HP Briggs & Stratton petrol engine, which can be started via electric starter or recoil starter.
The drive mechanism of the RD-1000 is completely hydrostatic - this type of drive mechanism offers many advantages:
The hydraulic unit raises and lowers the skip. The skip can be tipped to 3 sides! The skip must be bolted accordingly for this. The lifting and lowering process are completed in a matter of moments - even when loaded with a capacity of 1000 kg!
The powerful hydraulic system and the 80 cm wide crawler track unit allow the RD-1000 to move on the most uneven of terrain with ease. The hydrostatic drive permits exact manoeuvring, turning on the spot and steering in the tightest of spaces. You can even navigate extreme gradients (up to 26 degrees / 50%) - make sure you watch our product video!
The Jansen RD-1000 has a maximum speed of approx. 5 km/h.
As the skip can be tipped to 3 sides, this machine is ideally suited for use on construction sites. The RD-1000 can also be used indoors as it can drive through almost any doorway thanks to its narrow measurements (width approx. 80 cm)!
It is ideally suited for the transport of sand, gravel, rubble, stones, manure, wood, etc.

erneut zufrieden
ich habe mir vor 2 Jahren den RD500 der Fa.Jansen gekauft der immer noch unermüdlich im Einsatz ist. Da wir ein noch leistungsstärkes Modell benötigen (für Abrissarbeiten) viel die Wahl erneut auf die Fa.Jansen. Nachdem wir Ihn nun knapp 3 Monate im Gebrauch haben muß ich sagen das wir auch mit diesem Modell top zufrieden sind.
