Whether for agriculture or field work, vineyards, orchards or landscaping - the Jansen TBF-220 tractor rotary tiller is ideal for every kind of tilling project. The tiller has a specially strengthened angular gearbox and is characterised by its especially robust construction. The shaft is powered by the gear wheels in an oil bath. The rear safety flap with built-in levelling springs eliminates uneven areas in the tilled soil and ensures it is broken up finely.
The working with is approx. 220 cm and the tilling depth up to 16 cm (depending on soil properties). Both can be regulated using the runners mounted on the side. The 10 rows of heavy-duty tiller blades are mounted to the tough rotor shaft. The tiller is driven using the P.T.O., which comes as part of delivery, and is mounted to the three-point linkage of your tractor (Cat. II).
Your tractor should have at least 60 HP.

Notes:
The tiller is delivered in a sturdy steel frame. You should allow approx. 1-2 hours for final assembly. A step by step assembly guide as well as several detailed diagrams are part of the manual that comes with your mower. The gearboxes are dry, not filled. Before starting the machine, the oil levels in the gearbox and the side cover should be checked and filled with 80W90 gear oil (for the gearbox) and gear grease or alternatively gear oil (for the side cover). The upper gearbox with approx. 4 litres, the side gearbox with approx. 3 litres!
