Flail mower Jansen EFGC-220
The flail mower has a mowing width of 217 cm and is driven using a P.T.O, included as part of the delivery.
This mower unit has the most heavy-duty gearbox in its class. Unlike mower units equipped with light Y blades, this mower has high inertia generated by the heavy hammer blades and heavy shaft. This allows our machine to perform better.
The 36 specially hardened, 0.8 kg hammer blades, which are arranged on a double spiral drive shaft, shred clippings to a minimum size. Even very high grass, bushy or straw-like clippings are no problem for this mower!
Due to the open rear bonnet maintenance work or changing hammer blades will be facilitated. Please be informed that the bonnet has to be closed while operating.
The mulcher additionally has a trailing roller and a freewheel gearbox. The cutting height can be set with the top controller and the runners mounted on the side. The suspended, galvanised slats at the front of the mower unit prevents stones escaping. The mower unit is hung using the three point linkage of your tractor (from Cat. I. upwards).
Your tractor should have at least 50HP.

Note:
The device is delivered well-packaged and disassembled in a wooden crate. You should allocate approximately 2 hours for final assembly. A German user manual and an exploded view drawing are included in the delivery. Generally, assembly is not an issue, but it is recommended to perform the assembly with two people. If assistance is needed, we are happy to help over the phone. A top link pin is not included in the delivery! The gearbox is dry and must be filled with oil (80W90, approx. 1 liter) before initial operation. Additionally, you will need approx. 0.6 liters of oil (80W90) for the drive shaft.

Wir haben uns den Schlegelmulcher, zur Pflege von 2 Hecktar Pferdeweide
angeschafft und sind begeistert. Er wurde in dieser Woche geliefert und das Aufbauen ging zügig voran, nur die Zapfwelle war zu kurz für unseren Traktor, hatten aber eine passende da.
Er lief dann auch schon seine erste Stunde, Top.
Wir haben viele Unkräuter, Binsengras und den großen Sauerampfer.
Er ging durch, wie durch Butter. Auch kleiner Holunder, kein Problem.
Noch ein toller Efekt, er haut die Pferdeäppel klein, wird alles super verteilt.
Also, für uns ist er eine Erleichterung und wir können ihn wärmstens empfehlen.
