Our robust JANSEN® TM-170 tractor mower bar has a working width of 1.70 m and is ideal for small tractors. Due to the low power requirement, tractors from 18 HP can already operate this device.
The mower bar has a low weight and, thanks to the double-blade system, leaves a clean cut even at cutting speeds of up to 10 km/h. This mower can be used especially for mowing meadows and pastures, as well as embankments, etc. The blades are driven by 2 V-belts, which in turn are driven by the tractor's PTO at 540 RPM. The PTO shaft is included in the delivery.
It is particularly characterized by its low maintenance requirements and low energy consumption. The grass cut is laid in a swath after mowing. The mower bar is equipped with a mechanical collision protection to prevent damage to the machine.
The mower bar can be raised and lowered hydraulically. For this, a single-acting hydraulic connection on your tractor is required.
