The unit is equipped with 3 carbide-tipped saw blades (Made in Germany), each with a diameter of 600 mm and a weight of approx. 14 kg per blade. Each blade has 64 teeth and a thickness of 4.2 mm. The effective working width is approx. 1,750 mm.

Flexible mounting and long reach

Ideal for wheel loaders, telehandlers, or tractors with front loader mounting.

The pruning saw is mounted on wheel loaders, telehandlers, or tractor front loaders with Euro quick-attach system. The drive is hydraulic via V-belts.

The boom can be extended laterally by approx. 1000 mm. The reach from the center of the front loader mount to the saw blades is approx. 1.55 m. The side-mounted counterweight of approx. 265 kg ensures that the boom of the carrier vehicle is only minimally stressed, even when fully extended.

The hydraulic tilt mechanism allows easy access to hard-to-reach areas.

Optional retrofit kit – operation with only two control circuits

More convenient operation by eliminating the third hydraulic circuit thanks to an innovative 6/2-way valve.

With the new retrofit kit for the JANSEN® AS-600 pruning saw, operation becomes significantly easier, as the third control circuit is no longer required. Additionally, there is no need to route or connect hydraulic hoses to the rear hydraulics (when using 2x double-acting at the front). The integrated 6/2-way valve enables convenient switching directly from the operator’s cab.

This reduces the hydraulic requirements of the carrier vehicle while maintaining full functionality of the pruning saw. Especially for machines with limited hydraulic equipment, this retrofit kit is a practical and efficient solution.

Assembly and delivery
